MTSYes organizes intervention cycles, meetings, evidence, and attributed decisions. Educators and administrators remain responsible for reviewing records and making student-support decisions under district policy and applicable law.

The current demonstration is a synthetic product sandbox. Pilot terms, support commitments, and district responsibilities will be documented in a separate agreement.
